Why This Role Matters You will be the financial compass for RMW. As VP of Finance,youllbuild a vision for how our finance function scales, ensuringitsnot only rigorous but also strategically aligned with where we want to go.Youlltranslate big-picture goals into financial frameworks that support sustainable growth, while also owning the integrity and precision of all accounting operations. You will own the integrity of financial operations,including P&L oversight, budgeting, reporting, payroll, and full-cycle accounting,while driving long-range planning, capital strategy, and financial modeling to support growth and acquisitions. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring executive presence, operational depth, and the ability to translate financial performance into strategic action. WhatYoullDo • Own the financial strategy: long-range planning,budgeting,forecasts, capital allocation, and scenario modelingwhilemaintainingstrong internal controls across a multi-office structure., • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all financial reporting, disclosures, and audits, • Manage accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, tax filings, and month-end close, • Oversee and coordinate external partners, vendors, and advisors supporting financeand provide clear, actionable financial insights to executive leadership., • Support acquisition underwriting and integration planning;Evaluate growth opportunities, new services, and investments with financial rigor, • Identifyand implement systems, processes, and automation to scale the finance function, • Implementscalablefinancial systems, reporting tools, and automation., • Standardize reporting, dashboards, and financial processes firmwide., • Communicate complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders, • Instill a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement., • Partner with office leaders to drive spending discipline and profitability, gain the trust of our office-level leadership as go to resource for financial and operational information to support their offices financial success, • Interface withcapital providers includinglenders and investors About You • 10+ years in finance & accounting, with at least 5 in leadership roles, • CPA strongly preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus, • Expertisein GAAP, compliance, audits, and financial reporting, • Proven ability to balance strategic finance (FP&A, capital planning) and hands-on controllership, • Experience managing external service providers and advisors, • Skilled at building scalable systems and processes in growing organizations, • Strong communicator who can distill complex financial concepts into clear insights, • Mergers and acquisition experienced highly valued, • Resourceful, disciplined, and driven by values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence, • Desire to be a part of adynamic, fast-paced, high growth environment with anambitious, results-orientedteam, • Inclined to dig in intellectually andturn insights to actionworking withbusinesspartnersacross the organization Whatsin It for You • Competitivecompensationcomprisedof base salary,bonusandincentive equity, • 401(k) Matching Program, • Platinum Health Insurance, FSA, Life, STD, and LTD, • Dental & Vision Insurance, • 20 PTO Days Annually, • Remote-first flexibility, with preference for Miami connections, • Opportunity togrow intostrategicCFOrole (subject to performance), • Mentorship fromboard memberspreviously serving asinvestors at blue chipprivate equityfirmsandsuccessfulCFO ofatwoprivate equity-backedportfolio companies
