Midwife would be a per-diem staff member for Woman's Way to be delivered at Montefiore Nyack Hospital. Midwives work independently with admission and management privileges. We have a collaboration agreement with the Attending Physician Hospitalist on duty when deemed necessary for consultation or need for any surgical intervention. Position Specific Responsibilities: CM/CNM will be responsible for only Woman's Way Medical patients which consist of generally low risk patients. Hours: The call schedule would be flexible based on your availability and need. Typical coverage will be 12hr calls.
