JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and variable speed drive controlled high speed production equipment and batch processes. * Maintain the power distribution of plant equipment. * Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, using precision measurement tools. * Interpret schematics and equipment manuals. * Analyze process data and make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities. * Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase equipment reliability and up-time. * Utilize SAP to accurately and thoroughly document and track all corrective and preventive maintenance performed throughout the course of the day; including searching and issuing parts, documenting equipment issues and entering inspection/measurement points. * Prioritize and self-schedule maintenance work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance KPI's. * Drive brewery goals & objectives through individually led projects and continuous improvement activities. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or GED required. * 3 year industrial electrical/programming experience or two-year technical degree preferred. * PLC experience preferred; Multiple platforms such as Allen Bradley PLC5, Control Logix, and Siemens programming and troubleshooting experience preferred. * Knowledge of variable frequency drives, servo motors, and motor control systems up to 480 volts required. * Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies. * Ability to perform calibrations, installation and maintenance of process and analytical instrumentation. * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, troubleshoot and re-wire high speed and/or highly automated equipment such as AC/DC motors, VFDs, PLCs, servo motors, and PLC I/O modules. * Strong computer skills required; Microsoft Office Excel proficiency as well as Computerized Maintenance Management Systems experience preferred. * Experience in computer networking (routers, Ethernet, switches, etc.) preferred. * Mechanical troubleshooting experience in high-speed packaging and/or highly automated continuous process environment preferred (valve replacement, conveyor bearing and chain replacement, motor/gearbox replacement, lube routes) WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers. Security Level: Shared Staff - FLIPA Duties/Responsibilities: • Provide a vital link between local communities and healthcare provider by helping individuals access resources and navigate systems., • Proactively outreach and engage identified individuals in need of services, follow up or social care screening by connecting via phone calls, home visits and/or in-person visits to other settings where patients can be found., • Support deployment of NYS Social Care Network screening and referral process, • Engage directly with Medicaid individuals to administer the Health-Related Social Needs Screening Tool to identify needed areas of support., • Facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources and healthcare providers., • Collaborate with the Care Team to ensure timely follow-up and service linkage., • Use designated online referral systems and databases to track and manage client referrals., • Provide care management related to social care services, • Accurately document in electronic systems and maintain detailed and organized records in compliance with organizational policies and standards., • Work closely with the Care Team, including care navigators and other healthcare professionals, to align to a whole person care approach., • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute insights on client progress., • Attend regular supervision, staff meetings, trainings and other meetings, as requested., • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED., • Associate's degree in human services, Social Work or other related degree preferred., • Equivalent experience in lieu of education may be considered., • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Exceptional customer service skills with commitment to helping others., • Ability to quickly adapt and be flexible in approach to job tasks and challenges and maintain emotional control under stress., • Excellent time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines., • Capability to work cooperatively with culturally diverse clients, staff, and community service providers., • Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use email, conduct online research, and create basic documents (MS Office Suite including Excel, Outlook and Word)., • NYS motor vehicle license, safe driving record and availability of personal vehicle for work., • Holds self and others responsible and accountable to meet commitments. Salary Range: • Salary is commensurate to education and experience with a range of $18.27 to $28.85 per hour Additional information: • This position is an in-person role, embedded within East Hill Medical Center a FLIPA member organization., • This position will be located at 144 Genesee Street Auburn, NY 13021 with occasional work at 13 N. Fulton Street Auburn, NY 13021.
