Benefits: Our full-time positions offer role specific on-the-job training, career paths, and a full range of benefits: • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • Supplemental Medical Reimbursement Plans, • Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays*, • 401k Plan & Free Retirement Planning Consulting, • Short-term & Long-term Disability Income Protection Benefits, • Life Insurance for Teammate and Family, • Employee Assistance Program, • Recognition & Reward Program, • Perks Discount Programs with 3,000 free classes from yoga to financial wellness, • Wellness Program, • Pet Insurance Position Overview: The Regional Director of Strategic Sales is a vital role for Tarian in efforts to grow our customer base with the right customers for Tarian through a team of professionals Responsibilities • Plans and executes Outside Sales strategies to bring on strategic customers to Tarian Group that fit our target customer profile through outbound calls, emails, networking events, and relationship development strategies., • Maintains direct prospective customer and current customer contact through meetings, phone calls, and emails to foster excellent customer relations., • Creates monthly reports as needed., • Provides customer support as following up on customer questions, attending meetings, and research issues., • Works and interacts with current and prospective clients, other employees, sales representatives, vendors, medical personnel, patients, guests, and visitors., • Provides motivational and organizational guidance and support to the defined area by leading meetings, providing updates, scheduling work-related activities, and organizing daily operations to make the defined staff knowledgeable in their field and efficient in their job tasks., • Accurately documents and keeps detailed records of all work-related activities in company CRM., • Produces results based on company targets and quotas given., • Maintains and develops a customer and prospect database with all account info and activity in Tarian CRM, currently Salesforce., • Plans and carry out direct marketing activities., • Develops ideas and creates offers for direct sales and marketing to major accounts in assigned territory or vertical markets., • Develops, responds to, and follow up sales opportunities by post, telephone, and personal visits., • Prepares customer presentations and sales proposals and pricing., • Maintains and develops existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal business leaders and staff., • Carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys., • Manages the external marketing activities of telemarketing and research as needed., • Attends training and develop relevant knowledge and skills., • Pursues and develops new business opportunities, • Provides input for marketing and sales development, • Performs other job-related duties as assigned. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: This classification is distinguished from other levels within the organization as the role typically performs complex duties and is a performance based position with sales goals and targets. Qualifications Education and Experience: • 3+ years’ experience in the Security industry (Sales or Operations) required, • Associate’s degree or Military/Law Enforcement/Security equivalent Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree., • 2+ years’ experience in Sales preferred, • Relationships with key prospective clients, • Knowledge of healthcare regulations pertaining to equipment, industry standards, codes and procedures regarding safety and HIPAA., • Leadership, Communications, Customer Satisfaction Training., • Experience with CRM, Salesforce Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: • Perform general arithmetic., • Demonstrated ability in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, or other job-related software. Skill in: • Relationship Building Expert: Excellent both verbal and written communications., • Industry Thought Leader: Strong analytical skills., • Excuseless Attitude: Self-driven, purposeful with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit., • Competitive Nature: Enjoys a performance-based culture and comfortable with results-oriented leaderboard comparisons. Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing this job, individual will walk, stand, sit, observe and drive for extended periods of time in various weather conditions; run, climb stairs, and frequently required to use hands, handle or feel objects or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear, self-motivation and ability to work independent of immediate supervision.
