We are looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems., • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures., • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary., • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system., • Process orders, returns, payments, or account updates as needed., • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved., • Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex or ongoing issues., • Meet performance metrics such as response times, customer satisfaction, and productivity., • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
