Role Overview As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll fuel our sales pipeline by creating qualified opportunities for our account team. You'll engage inbound and event-driven leads and generate outbound opportunities through targeted prospecting. This role requires persistence, professionalism, and a process-driven approach. Key Responsibilities • Follow up on inbound and event-driven leads., • Research and qualify prospects across industries (Home Care, Insurance, Tech, etc.)., • Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)., • Maintain CRM records and follow-up sequences., • Secure qualified meetings and hand them off to the Account Management team. Success Metrics • Outreach activity levels., • Qualified meetings booked., • Conversion rates and pipeline movement., • CRM accuracy and process adherence. What We’re Looking For • Previous B2B prospecting or sales experience preferred., • Excellent written and verbal communication., • Organized and process-driven mindset., • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to grow., • Team-oriented and adaptable.
