Driving Sales: • Ensure proper merchandising of products, • Promote the principles of REV standards, • Evaluate and focus on areas requiring greater performance from employees Operational Analysis: • Maintain a productive and safe work environment, following all company operating, food safety, security, health andsafety, and employment standards, • Monitor food flow and equipment maintenance to serve safe food to customers, • Stay informed of new information through available resources, • Monitor and promptly respond to company email messages Physical Demands and Working Environment: The conditions herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. For full-time position, Shift Supervisors are expected to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. The maximum number of hours is generally 40, unless over-time is approved by a District Supervisor. For part-time positions, Shift Supervisors are expected to work a minimum of 16 hours per week and a maximum of 39 hours per week.
