The schedule will vary depending on the Principal's needs for a Driver. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety and can tackle anything from fixing a leaky faucet to keeping the grounds tidy. The ideal candidate is a true “jack of all trades”, adaptable, and ready to roll up their sleeves to support the smooth running of the home. Key Responsibilities: • General maintenance and minor repairs, • Driving duties (must be able to drive a Sprinter van), • Keep grounds clean, • Run household errands, • Basic Vehicle Care: Wash cars, fuel car, check oil, or coordinate with mechanics for bigger fixes, • Household Organization: Help with seasonal tasks like organizing garages, attics, or storage rooms, • Pet Care: Feed, walk, or play with dogs and take them to the groomer, • Clean out dog kennels, • Guest Support: Assist with setup/cleanup for small gatherings or events (e.g., moving furniture, setting tables), • Jack of All Trades Tasks: Handle various tasks as needed—assembling furniture, painting, or getting the grill working again Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience driving large trucks/Sprinter van, • Flexible, • Strong attention to detail, • Versatility: Ability to handle a wide range of tasks, • Basic Handyman Skills, • Problem-Solving: Quick to troubleshoot issues, from a squeaky door to a stubborn coffee maker, • Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stay active throughout the day, • Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team, • Communication Skills: Able to take directions from Estate Manager and coordinate with staff, • Driver's License: Valid license and clean driving record

Qualifications and Skills Must be able to handle using disinfectants and cleaning up urine and feces. Must work well with people and animals. Must have keen observation skills to notice an animal in discomfort. Must be able to lift heavy objects in excessive of 40 pounds. Previous animal care or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge of dog breeds are a big plus. Must have some basic computer skills. Must have some knowledge of Microsoft Words/Excel, Google doc/sheet. Starting wage is based on experience.
