WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Director of Quality, Training & Enablement (QTE), you will be responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive quality, training, and enablement strategy that spans both clinical and non-clinical teams. The frontline team includes practice coordinators, administrative staff, lay health workers, nurse practitioners, social workers, and registered nurses. You will oversee a team of trainers and quality assurance staff to ensure every member-facing interaction—whether clinical or non-clinical—meets Thyme Care's standards of excellence, empathy, and compliance. In collaboration with senior leadership, you will set the vision for QTE and create a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and professional development. Cross-Functional collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with Product and Operations teams to ensure quality, training, and enablement are fully integrated into evolving workflows, tools, and organizational priorities. You will also partner with leaders across the organization to support new partner implementations, ensuring training and QA processes are in place to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes from launch through ongoing operations. YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Training & Enablement: You will design and execute a unified QTE strategy that supports onboarding, skill development, and ongoing professional development for all frontline staff. This includes ensuring new employees are effectively trained during onboarding and existing employees are enabled to adopt new processes, workflows, and technologies. You will also play a critical role in supporting implementations with new partners, ensuring Thyme Care's standards are embedded from the beginning. A central part of this responsibility is overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is fully implemented, optimized, and consistently leveraged as the hub for learning. You will ensure content is current, accessible, and engaging, while using LMS reporting to track adoption and training effectiveness., • Quality Assurance: You will direct Thyme Care's quality assurance program, ensuring that calls, documentation, and workflows are audited for compliance, accuracy, and value-driven outcomes. You will leverage AI-enabled tools to support auditing, trend identification, and coaching at scale, and ensure the successful implementation of QA platforms across the organization., • Leadership: You will guide, coach, and mentor a team of trainers and quality assurance staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver at the highest standard. You will foster a culture of learning, accountability, and professional growth across the organization, supporting both the QTE team and the broader care delivery organization. Qualification: Education: Master's degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred. Licensure (if clinical): RN, NP, or SW license in good standing. Experience: 5+ years of leadership in healthcare quality and training; oncology or complex care preferred. Leadership Breadth: Proven success leading both clinical and non-clinical functions in a scaling or matrixed environment. Skills: Strategic program design, LMS optimization and administration, quality management, leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience leveraging AI-enabled QA or training platforms and leading technology adoption across organizations is highly valued. WHAT LEADS TO SUCCESS People-first. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. The base salary for this role is $175,000-$195,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level. We recognize a history of inequality in healthcare.
