Job Description Clean Earth Maintenance is hiring a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician / Handyman to perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and small construction projects at HOA and community properties throughout San Diego County. This is a hands-on field position for someone who is comfortable handling different types of repairs, working independently, and providing professional service to property managers and residents. Responsibilities • Perform general repairs and maintenance at HOA and community properties, • Complete work orders and small construction projects, • Perform basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and repair work, • Assist with fencing, gates, exterior repairs, lighting, and other property maintenance, • Identify maintenance issues and communicate recommended repairs, • Document completed work, including photos and job notes, • Coordinate with managers and other technicians to complete jobs efficiently, • Maintain a clean and professional work area Requirements • Previous experience in maintenance, construction, handyman work, or a related trade, • Comfortable using hand and power tools, • Basic set of personal tools, • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work independently and manage multiple work orders, • Professional communication and customer service skills, • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, • Reliable transportation, • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work indoors and outdoors Preferred Experience • HOA, apartment, multifamily, or property maintenance experience, • Carpentry and deck repair, • Drywall and painting, • Stucco and concrete repairs, • Basic electrical repairs, • Fencing and gate repairs, • Bilingual English/Spanish, • Experience using DASH or another job management system To Apply Please submit a resume or detailed work history describing your maintenance, handyman, construction, or trade experience. Nice to have, • Prior general carpentry/workmanship skills from any industry.
