Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and travel arrangements efficiently. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities. How you'll make an impact Calendar Management: • Manage the CEO’s calendar with precision, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events., • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts., • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings by organizing agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups. Travel Coordination: • Plan and execute complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation., • Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel logistics align with the CEO’s preferences and business needs., • Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot travel-related issues promptly. Communication and Correspondence: • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing incoming communications and prioritizing urgent matters., • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO., • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Administrative Support: • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for the CEO., • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and other high-level engagements., • Manage expense reports and ensure timely reconciliation. Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners., • Represent the CEO professionally in interactions with stakeholders. Special Projects: • Support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and special projects as needed., • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives., • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills., • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)., • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality., • Experience in managing complex travel arrangements and schedules. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with travel management tools and scheduling software., • Background in insurance, risk management, or related industries is a plus. #LI-KF1 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
