Property Name: Donner Lofts Property Type: Supportive Resident Services Manager of Supportive Housing The Resident Services Manager of Supportive Housing leads MidPen Services' supportive housing strategy across a multiple county portfolio. This role manages third-party service partnerships that provide on-site health programs, identifies new partners aligned with MidPen's criteria, and ensures compliance with reporting and service agreements. The Resident Services Manager of Supportive Housing builds strong relationships with County Mental Health, Health Systems, and other agencies, oversees monthly operational reviews, analyzes partnership data, and recommends improvements. Additionally, the role supervises senior case managers who train and support staff working with high-acuity residents to reduce crises and maintain housing stability. Responsibilities • Leads and implements MidPen Services' supportive housing strategy across a multiple county portfolio., • Oversees and evaluates third-party service partnerships delivering on-site health programs., • Identifies and secures new partners aligned with MidPen's criteria., • Ensures compliance with reporting requirements and service agreements., • Builds strong relationships with County Mental Health, Health Systems, and other agencies., • Oversees monthly operational reviews of supportive housing programs., • Analyzes partnership data and drives continuous improvement for service delivery., • Supervises senior case managers supporting high-acuity residents., • Guides staff training to reduce crises and maintain housing stability., • Promotes best practices for resident support and housing retention., • Promotes trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and housing-first service delivery, • Partners with Property Management and internal teams to address resident crises and operational challenges To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
