Job Description CNC Machine Mechanic – Maintenance Technician Level II Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour (DOE) Join Our Team Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with advanced machinery and keeping operations running at peak performance? What You’ll Do • Diagnose, maintain, and repair CNC machines and related equipment, • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, • Perform complex repairs and overhauls on precision machine tools, • Work from schematics, drawings, and technical specifications, • Disassemble, modify, and replace components to restore equipment performance, • Coordinate with OEM and service technicians to resolve complex issues, • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, • Support facility maintenance needs including lighting, HVAC, and general building systems, • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Minimum of 2 years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, • Working knowledge of relay logic, ladder logic, servo drives, and motor controls, • Understanding of national electrical codes and power systems, • Experience working with a variety of machines (mills, lathes, grinders, drills, etc.), • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation, • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Tools & Equipment You’ll Use • Hand and power tools, hoists, forklifts, and machine tools, • Steady, full-time schedule with work-life balance, • Opportunities to learn from experienced technicians and grow your career, • Team-oriented environment where your skills are valued, • Work on a wide range of advanced manufacturing equipment PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Listed below is the description of the physical demands and the work environment characteristics that must be met by an employee to successfully perform their job. Safety Glasses must be worn in all required areas. Safety Toe (Steel or Kevlar) shoes or boots must be worn at all times, while working in the manufacturing areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. However, ear protection is provided if needed.
