This role will primarily staff the ED, providing high-quality care to trauma and emergency patients, with occasional float coverage to acute units. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar high-volume ED, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 🔹 Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a busy Level 1 ED., • May float to acute care units as needed., • Perform triage, assessments, and emergency interventions per department protocols., • Administer medications and treatments safely., • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care., • Document accurately in EMR and maintain compliance with hospital policies., • Ensure patient safety, privacy, and quality of care at all times.💼 Requirements, • Minimum 2 years of ED experience at a similar-sized Level 1 Trauma Center., • BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications – Required., • Must provide resume with no gaps, ED skills checklist, and ED references., • Able to float to acute units if necessary.📋 Candidate Profile Must Include, • ✅ Complete Work History / Resume – No gaps >60 days, • ✅ Updated ED Skills Checklist, • ✅ Minimum two ED references, • ✅ BLS, ACLS, TNCC Certification Cards We provide the specialized talent and expertise you require, whether it’s for a direct hire, contract-to-hire, or contract position.
