As a Sr. Digital UX/UI Designer, you are responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and seamless digital experiences for Petco’s consumer-facing platforms across multiple touchpoints. Responsibilities: • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals., • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities., • Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function based on each individual patients need., • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes., • Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques., • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care., • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries., • Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into clinical practice as appropriate., • Expected to meet the needs of having patient execute Plan of Care including but not limited to following up with patients if non compliance occurs., • Be a team player to utilize non clinical staff to support needs of the caseload, • Proper delegation and use of PTA when applicable., • Be an active participant in helping to drive a collaborative culture based on our service vision, • Ability to adapt to change in patient schedules and daily patterns., • Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications:, • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist., • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program., • CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations., • Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred)., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment., • Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
