Position Objective Manage the internal and external communications of Clean Ready Miami - Doral comprehensively, lead the sales and customer service team, acquire new business opportunities, retain existing clients, and ensure the brand image is professionally and emotionally connected with the target market. ⸻ Key Responsibilities . Sales and Business Strategy • Acquire high-level corporate and residential clients. • Prepare customized proposals and conduct post-sales follow-ups. • Implement promotional campaigns and monitor monthly goals (sales, conversion, retention). • Actively participate in strategic events and networking opportunities. . Client Communication • Handle direct communication with VIP clients. • Manage requests, service changes, and post-service follow-ups. • Resolve complaints with a focus on customer experience. . Commercial Team Leadership • Coordinate promoters, sales agents, and virtual assistants. • Train on sales techniques and CRM usage. • Supervise the fulfilment of daily and weekly targets. .
