Job DescriptionDescription: Atlanta Track Club is a nonprofit committed to creating an active and healthy Atlanta. Through running and walking, Atlanta Track Club motivates, inspires and engages the community to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. With more than 30,000 members, Atlanta Track Club is the second largest running organization in the United States. In addition to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race – the largest 10K in the world, the Publix Atlanta Marathon, the PNC Atlanta 10 Miler and the Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon, Atlanta Track Club directs more than 40 events and programs per year. Through the support of its members and volunteers, Atlanta Track Club also maintains a number of community initiatives including organizing and promoting its Kilometer Kids youth running program to metro Atlanta youth, honoring high school cross country and track and field athletes through Atlanta Track Club’s All-Metro Banquets as well as developing an elite group of Olympic level athletes on their athletic journeys. Position Overview: Reporting to Director – Events, this position will assist in the planning and execution of events including but not limited to the All Comers Track & Field series, Braves Country 5K and Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race. This position will help drive operational and logistical plans leading up to, on and after event days. Responsibilities: -Administrative duties including, but not limited to, acting as a point of contact for vendors, members and partners; meeting coordination; drafting communication -Management of projects and tasks as required, including creating plans, tracking status and executing on responsibilities within projects -Drive strong cross-department collaboration enabling the organization to use its events to further enhance strategic initiatives and objectives -Represent Atlanta Track Club externally by ensuring all external communication is professional, timely and accurate -Supporting Atlanta Track Club events through pre- and post-event tasks, projects and event day responsibilities -Creation and presentation of an after-action report summarizing experience. -Other duties as assigned or requested Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication., • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills., • Sound organizational skills and attention to detail., • Excellent time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines., • Proven analytical and problem-solving experience., • Reliable transportation., • Ability to work Monday – Friday, as well as evenings and weekends for events. Event Site and Physical Requirements • Assist on-site setup and break down at Atlanta Track Club events and programs., • Work with sponsors and other partners to ensure their on-site needs are met, • Provide registration support, answer questions, and ensure smooth experiences for all stakeholders, • Ensure that the event site is properly branded

Job Description Responsibilities MJCCA is seeking an experienced Swim Team Coach (full or part time). This role encompasses coaching responsibilities, swim meet management, administrative tasks, and other duties delegated by the Aquatics Director. The Head Coach will play a pivotal role in advancing and nurturing both the competitive and the recreational swim team programs. Essential Functions: • As the Head Swim Team Coach, the primary objective is to design and implement training programs tailored to swimmers of various ages and skill levels, with a focus on coordinating practice sessions and training programs that prioritize athletic advancement and growth., • Ensure effective communication with swimmers, parents, and fellow coaching staff., • Closely with other coaching staff to maintain a consistent training approach across all age groups., • Flexibility to work during evenings, mornings, and weekends in alignment with practice and swim meet schedules., • Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive team environment., • Attend required staff training and meetings., • Schedule, manage, and attend all swim meets., • Prior experience in coaching swim teams., • Profound expertise in competitive swimming techniques., • Demonstrated capacity to uphold the highest standards of leadership, sportsmanship, and respect., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with program participants, parents, and members., • Possession of all necessary coaching certifications (USA Swimming, ASCA)., • A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
