Job Description Role and Responsibilities The Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager supports a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to achieve the agency’s full-cycle recruiting goals in a timely manner and within budget. The TA Team Leader will develop and review TA initiatives, help identify deficiencies and offer solutions to address them, and collaborate with management on hiring needs and best practices to improve our quality of hiring and retention strategies.
