We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to support utility infrastructure projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electromechanical systems and a strong understanding of utility distribution and facility infrastructure. You will be doing: • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and develop High-Level Feasibility Estimates (HLFEs)., • Create comprehensive project plans including justification, scope, deliverables, risks, budget, and schedule., • Collaborate with design agents, technical experts, and stakeholders to ensure performance and constructability goals are met., • Ensure compliance with safety standards for all personnel involved in project execution., • Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle., • Select and manage qualified suppliers to ensure safe and high-quality project execution., • Review and validate contractor deliverables including designs and technical specifications., • Oversee financial aspects of projects including budgeting, progress tracking, and payment approvals., • Monitor project schedules and manage critical path activities.
