Job DescriptionSalary: $25-$30 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain two cases billing on average 10hrs per week., • Collaborate with clinical manager in regard to assessments being conducted, submission to kepro, and case management needs., • Provide case management services to families that are awaiting approval from kepro, • Document, utilizing progress notes case management services provided to clients awaiting approval from kepro., • In providing case management services the staff should bill no less than 3hrs per week and no more than 12hrs per week as deemed necessary by the clinical manager., • If authorization is approved aid in appropriate transition of client to permanent counselor, • If authorization is denied conduct appropriate discharge and closure with the family, • Attend all staff meetings and trainings., • Assist program manager with chart audits and quality assurance on programmatic level., • Adhere to all policies and procedures and complete other tasks deemed necessary by the program manager/clinical manager for the successful operation of the program., • Assessing client's mental health status through interviews or observations and developing Individual Service Plans and assisting in making referrals to appropriate services., • Provide crisis intervention services to clients who are a danger to themselves or others. Summation:The case management needs that will be provided will vary from case to case.
