The RN uses evidence-based practice, strong clinical judgment, and family-centered care principles while collaborating closely with neonatologists and the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include continuous assessment, intervention, and evaluation to ensure safe and optimal outcomes for medically fragile infants.
