Key Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems • Diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements, • Lead and mentor junior technicians on job sites, • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local HVAC codes, • Document all service and installation activities using field service software, • Communicate effectively with clients regarding work performed and system recommendations, • Collaborate with office staff to coordinate scheduling and job updates Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential and/or commercial settings, • EPA Certification required; additional certifications are a plus, • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service software is preferred, • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Ability to work independently and lead by example Salary - $83,000+Benefits
