We are specifically looking for Live In caregivers or CNAs to cover the following shifts • Preferred Schedule is 7 days on / 7 days offAlternative Schedule, • 7am to 7am Monday through Friday, • 7am to 7am Friday through MondayCaregiver Benefits:, • Pay at $16.00, • Mileage reimbursement with multiple visits, • Electronic notes, • Employee referral bonus, • Weekly pay, • Direct deposit, • One day of orientation, • Paid training opportunitiesResponsibilities:, • Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers, • Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visits, • Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of NursingJob Requirements:, • Up-to-date CPR (expires every 2 years), • Current Drivers License, • Auto insurance with your name on it, • TB skin test results within one year of hire or Chest X-Ray within 5 years of hire, • MUST be able to lift 50+ lbs, • At least 1 year of experience in home health or facility setting, • Must be available to work three days of 12hrs agreed upon, • If you are not with a client, you will have office/administrative work or be on-call to cover the full 12hr shift, • Must be willing to take all new clients and help transition to consistent caregiver, • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Job Description Your Tailor Made Senior Service is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregiver to join our team in a small, well-maintained group home setting. The home houses two male clients and is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
