JDF, LLC serves as general counsel to The Richman Group Affordable Housing Corp. (“TRG”) in connection with complex commercial real estate and affordable housing transactions. TRG is one of the leading sponsors and syndicators of affordable housing tax credit funds in the United States. This position offers the opportunity to take a leading role in large-scale Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions, working closely with senior management, business teams, and external stakeholders.
