Responsibilities • Document and report product or process quality issues, • Implement company inspection standards and communicate with production to resolve problems, • Follow up on mistakes and assist in corrective action for non-conformance, • Conduct internal and routine audits as directed by the QA Manager, • Track and document non-conformances in Epicor for MRB review, • Ensure all equipment and tooling are calibrated and up to date, • Verify products comply with TWINCO drawings and work instructions, • Perform inspections on finished products and incoming materials for conformity, • Conduct monthly First Article Inspections (FAI) for production units, • Ensure Certificates of Conformance meet TWINCO quality standards, • Audit safety compliance including PPE requirements and record monthly, • Occasional travel to supplier sites for quality assessments Required Qualifications • High school diploma or GED, • 1-3 years experience in operations or manufacturing environment, • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards, • Strong numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods, • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, • Effective verbal and written communication and team-building abilities, • Proven time-management and multitasking skills, • Technical aptitude to learn and apply technical information, • Self-starter attitude with ability to follow up and ensure execution, • Working knowledge of MS Office and MRP/ERP systems, • Ability to pass pre-employment background, criminal, and drug screening Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years in manufacturing operations, • High school diploma or GED (preferred)\nCompany Description Twinco Manufacturing Company based in Hauppauge, NY offers its employees competitive pay and benefits, a generous vacation and holiday schedule, profit-sharing and a good working environment.
