Responsibilities Troubleshoot 480V three-phase systems, VFDs, motor controls, and automated equipment. Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment using I/O and ladder logic. Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC/HMI systems. Support robotics, servo drives, sensors, instrumentation, and safety circuits. Perform electrical preventive maintenance and root-cause troubleshooting. Read electrical schematics and maintain technical documentation. Partner with Production and Maintenance to safely minimize downtime. Qualifications 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience. Strong troubleshooting skills with 480V, VFDs, motor controls, and PLC-controlled equipment. Ability to read electrical schematics and independently diagnose equipment issues. Knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, and machine safety. Food or beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens experience preferred.
