Description We are seeking a Lead Transmission Line Engineer who will manage a collaborative and dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment, solving challenging problems involved with electric transmission. The successful candidate will serve as a Lead Engineer and Technical Project Manager on high voltage electric transmission line design projects of overhead and underground systems for some of the largest utilities in the country as well as regional utilities. The candidate will apply NESC, ASCE, ACI, NEC, and other applicable standards in the engineering and design of all types of capital and maintenance projects from 34.5 kV to 765 kV. Additionally, the candidate will direct a team of engineers that regularly perform engineering analyses, PLS-CADD modeling, structure loading calculations, foundation design using MFAD and/or LPILE, design structure framing and hardware assemblies, draft plans and specifications, and prepare bill of materials and procurement documents across project planning, engineering, environmental, permitting, and construction management phases. Job Description Junior Manufacturing Engineer (PERM) Location: Lodi, NJ Job Title: Junior Manufacturing Engineer Reports To: Senior Manufacturing Engineer Job Type/Location: Full Time, Lodi, NJ Position Summary: The Junior Manufacturing Engineer supports the manufacturing team by assisting in the design, implementation, and improvement of production processes. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining equipment functionality. The Junior Manufacturing Engineer will work alongside senior engineers to analyze production data, assist with the development of work instructions, and support efforts to enhance product quality. Responsibilities: • Assist in Process Evaluation: Help evaluate current manufacturing process and suggest improvements in quality control, efficiency, and safety., • Data Analysis: Support in the analysis of production schedules, methods, and data, providing reports and insights to management to improve decision-making., • Compliance Support: Ensure that manufacturing processes are aligned with industry standards and government regulations, under the guidance of senior engineers., • Cost Analysis Assistance: Assist in reviewing production costs, labor material usage, and future production requirements to help optimize manufacturing budgets., • Workflow and Layout Assistance: Support in the planning of factory layouts, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve operational efficiency, • Production Time Estimates: Help estimate production times, staffing needs, and lead times, and enter relevant data into production management system (E2)., • Equipment Maintenance Coordination: Assist in coordinating the maintenance and repaid of equipment, ensuring that all procedures and instructions are followed to maintain smooth production: Qualifications and Skills: • Problem-solving ability: Ability to assist in identifying issues and recommend solutions to improve processes., • Basic IT skills: Familiarity with production management software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.), • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management., • Mechanical knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes., • Team player: Able to work collaboratively within a team environment, learning from senior engineers while contributing to project goals The company reserves the right to adapt this job description to changing conditions.

Job Responsibilities • Incoming Material Inspection: Meticulously inspect incoming materials (fabrics, trims, hardware) to verify compliance with established quality standards and specifications., • Documentation Verification: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation accompanying incoming materials, mitigating potential production issues., • Inspection Data & Reporting: Accurately record inspection data and promptly report any identified non-conformances., • Non-Conformance Resolution: Diligently follow up SOP of Non-confirming Material Control Procedure to initiate NCMR and disposition decision made by the MRB, • Effective Communication: Maintain open and prompt communication with department supervisors and directors regarding inspection findings and quality concerns., • Corrective Action Implementation: Execute corrective actions as directed by management to promptly address and resolve quality issues., • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Required Experience & Qualifications • 2+ years experience in manufacturing or related field., • Demonstrated knowledge of quality control related to raw materials, dimensional measurements, and workmanship., • Ability to conduct visual inspections and measurement of the finished products to evaluate quality., • A good knowledge and experiences of shade evaluation will be a plus, • Extremely detail oriented and well organized., • Excellent communication skills., • Ability to use a variety of specialized tools and measuring devices.
