POSITION SUMMARY Impact Housing seeks a CFO focused on operational finance and accounting across three verticals: • Manufacturing (modular housing production), • Operations (Architectural, Construction, HR and other corporate functions), • Property level financials (supported primarily by the Controller and acquisitions team) The CFO will lead enterprise-level FP&A, cash flow modeling, and operational financing (asset-based lending, lines of credit, and equity raises).
