Job Description Afford Anything is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant + Project Manager to work directly with our founder and CEO on-site in Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs). This role is primarily an Executive Assistant position (inbox, calendar, hiring coordination, admin ops), but it also includes light project management to ensure the business keeps moving forward. You will be the person who makes sure: • nothing slips through the cracks,, • projects stay updated and moving,, • follow-ups happen, ClickUp (or our project management tool) reflects reality, and Who We Are At Afford Anything, we teach people how to make smarter decisions — with their money, time, energy, and attention. We’re a personal finance and economics education brand with a flagship podcast, two online courses, and a deeply loyal audience. We believe the right mindset, systems, and knowledge can change lives. We also believe that words like “I can’t afford it” or “I don’t have time” are disempowering. Our mission is to help people replace those phrases with empowered choices. We combine intellectual rigor with real-world empathy — our work explores decision-making, behavioral economics, and personal finance through the lens of psychology, neuroscience, and critical thinking. What It’s Like to Work Here We’re a small, sharp, and kind team that values flexibility, trust, and personal responsibility. You’ll never be micromanaged, or judged for taking a nap if that’s what you need to be productive. We care about results, not time clocks. If you’re accountable, proactive, thoughtful, and dedicated to getting the work done, you’ll fit right in. Our working style is best described as “grad-student finals week”: the work is challenging and meaningful, but also flexible and human. You’ll be expected to work independently, ask questions, and document your work — and in return, you’ll be treated like the competent adult you are.
