Key Responsibilities * Provide hands-on nursing care under RN supervision * Assist with treatments, procedures, and resident care activities * Collaborate with the RN and interdisciplinary team to collect data and help establish care priorities * Contribute to the development and communication of individualized care plans * Administer medications and monitor IV therapy per established standards * Uphold all nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements * Offer compassionate support to residents and their families Qualifications Required: Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
