Job Description We are looking for a candidate to join our growing logistics team in Clifton, NJ. We are a Growing logistics warehouse center, and we are looking individual with experience in high-volume warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Item Set-Up • Creating styles (Item numbers) for inventory (Jewelry Item). This is based on: Metal, Plating, Gender, Item Type, Stone, Description, • Responsible for analyzing reports and alert for any delay and troubleshoot with the sales team to allow coordinating flow of work of sales orders, • Ability to process excel reports, • Identifies issues and demonstrate problem-solving that may impact or affect productivity and overall lateness, • Entering/ Updating Missing information (Weight, Cost etc…), • Accurate detailed description of the items, • Updating Image Pathways, • Entering different types of orders: Production/Stock/Replenishment/ Hybrid etc., • Entering Customer Purchase Orders into the system accurately or updating as per Salesperson request, • Entering Purchase Orders for stock and customers Qualifications: • Must have computer knowledge, excel is must., • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, • Strong organizational skills, • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, • Pays strong attention to detail, • Ability to work well with others and lead a team We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, Paid Time Off, Holiday and overtime pay.
