The Role The Project Manager will lead major projects, develop client relationships and deliver projects per client needs and budgets. This role has direct oversite and control of all project activities. The position requires high-level client service and establishing long-term partnerships. Accountability Project Operations • Manages overall safety of personnel on a project during construction activities., • Enforces safety policies and procedures. Reviews clients specific safety procedures and develops a site-specific manual to be utilized. Oversees and ensures weekly safety meetings are conducted and documented in the field., • Monitors coordination and design efforts for required scope of work., • Manages labor goals and affirmative action plans, awareness of labor relations with unions regarding jurisdiction over a project., • Reviews design documents prior to field installation., • Ensures implementation of B&S QA/QC program., • Identifies and communicates opportunities for pre-fabrication on the project; reviews union requirements for fabrication and compliance; monitors progress on, and coordinates installation of prefabricated sections in the field. Change Order Tracking • Coordinates and monitors cost events pricing,, • Communicates monthly billings with accounting. Scheduling and Labor Tracking • Generates, updates, and maintains the overall construction schedule., • Reviews productivity control plan for fab shop and field activities and implements metrics., • Reviews purchasing status and expediting equipment., • Supervises and schedules all subcontract work under their direction and works with other trades impacted by it., • Monitors overall job performance by tracking labor and materials costs timely and adjusts schedules and performance as necessary to achieve budgeted goals., • Coordinates staffing on construction projects., • Maintains client relations and addresses/resolves issues that come up., • Processes and reviews projects invoicing with owner and subcontractors., • Identities problem areas early and develop contingency plans for the successful delivery of the project and schedule. Qualifications: Skills • Solid understanding of construction means and methods associated with the renovation and construction of commercial and industrial buildings., • Strong computer and technology skills include project management software, Microsoft Outlook, smart phones, and other software used in the construction industry., • The ability to decipher various project schedule formats and impacts on mechanical work, working knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical scopes of work., • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time. Education and Experience • Bachelors Degree preferred., • Experience in construction, sales or business development a plus., • Successful management of large and complex projects for sophisticated clients healthcare, laboratory, infrastructure, higher education, industrial or R&D facilities is preferred., • Lean Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) experience a plus. We’re excited to meet you! ey Responsibilities: * Serves patients by identifying the optimal method for retrieving blood samples and other specimens, preparing them for laboratory testing, and performing allergy testing as needed. * Verifies test requisitions by cross-referencing information with the clinic log, promptly notifying discrepancies to the manager. * Ensures accurate patient identification, explains blood draw procedures, and addresses patient queries to alleviate concerns. * Performs venipunctures to obtain blood specimens. * Maintains specimen integrity using aseptic techniques, adhering to clinic procedures, and observing isolation protocols. * Tracks collected specimens by initialing, dating, and noting collection times, maintaining daily collection records. * Upholds a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by complying with standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. * Handles unusual test orders by contacting physicians, managers, or reference laboratories, referring unresolved orders for further clarification, and informing supervisors of outstanding issues. * Comforts nervous patients during sampling procedures and applies wound dressings post-blood draws. * Updates patient records accurately. * Maintains an organized and clean workspace. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Active CCMA or Phlebotomy Certification is required * Good interpersonal skills to interact with patients, explain procedures, and provide emotional support. * Precision in labeling and documenting samples to ensure accuracy and prevent errors. * Understanding and adherence to infection control and safety procedures to minimize risks of contamination or injury. Part Time 3 days a week with 3 - 4 Saturdays, eventually convert to Full Time.

Key Responsibilities: Clinical Duties- * Sterilize and prepare examination rooms, equipment, and instruments. * Prepare patients for examinations, including taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and updating patient records. * Explain treatment procedures, medications, diets, or physicians' instructions to patients. * Trained to conduct various tests on patients (subject to training on updated protocols). * Adhere to rotation schedule instructed by manager * Follow equipment protocols and handle all equipment with caution * Required to learn and conduct any new exams added into the program * Collect laboratory specimens, log forms, and prepare specimens to be dispersed by the end of the day for pickup * Other duties as assigned. Administrative Duties- * Trained to conduct administrative responsibilities upon rotation schedule * Greet patients, answer inquiries, and assist with check-in/check-out processes. * Maintain inventory and ensure clinical supplies are stocked. * Adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality * Uses an EMR system for scheduling and other needed tasks, such as billing and uploading of conducted test results * Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) for each patient. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Active CCMA certification through an accredited organization * Active BLS Certification * Strong Organizational Skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated * Direct and effective communication * Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills. * Adapt to daily environment * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent time management skills. * Strong bedside manner 7:30AM - 3:30PM, 3 days a week, Monday - Saturday
