Qualifications Basic Qualifications • 15 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 12 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/ JD/MD) or a minimum of 10 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications • 18 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD), • 20 or more years of experience in professional B2B and B2C marketing experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD), • World-class marketing and business leadership experience in multiple geographies is required (expertise Latin America and Caribbean is preferred), • Possesses knowledge of experiential, social, digital, and various new forms of content creation, • Deep understanding of social media platforms and comfort in utilizing them as part of marketing strategies, • Experience leading cross-functional teams, achieving goals on time and on-budget, • Proven capability of balancing strategic, creative, and commercial perspectives, • Demonstrated ability to define and successfully deliver complex projects with superior results—from business case development through deployment, • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, manage agencies, creativity, and corporate teams, and lead cross-functional projects across categories and other departments, • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management, and critical thinking skills Results Orientation: A successful leader will have demonstrated a history of creating, developing, and executing outstanding and innovative strategies and tactics. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
