Must be patient, dependable, responsible, and attentive. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a busy childcare environment. Must be physically able to safely interact with young children, including bending, lifting, sitting on the floor, and participating in activities. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification. Must be willing to comply with applicable childcare licensing, background-check, and health/safety requirements.
