As an Enhanced Support Partner, you’ll work one-on-one with a person with disabilities, empowering independence and inclusion in their home and community. Requirements: • Have a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors: Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work or Gerontology OR be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)., • Candidates who are NADD certified (National Association for the Dually Diagnosed) or are willing to be NADD certified will also be considered!, • 18 years of age or older, • Possession of a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, • Be or willing to be Covid-19 Vaccinated AND Boosted prior to employment, • Personal or professional experience with people with intellectual disabilities and a physical disability is preferred, • Be at least 18 years old, • Be bilingual, English/Spanish (preferred, not required), • Have a great sense of humor, • Have a calm demeanor, even in challenging times, • Be Kind and Fun!, • Enjoy problem solving every day issues, • Be a clear communicator and be able to navigate complex interpersonal relationships, • Be flexible
