Located in the heart of Austin, you'll enjoy access to the city's vibrant live music scene, diverse dining, and scenic parks—making this healthcare job both professionally and personally rewarding.\n \n\nEP Lab Tech Job Details\n\n • Location: Austin, TX 78705 (Central Austin healthcare jobs)\n, • Facility Setting: EP/Cath Lab – 6 EP Labs, 28 staff members\n, • Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/5/2026, End: 4/6/2026)\n, • Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 06:30–17:00 (10-hour shifts, 4 days/week, late shift once per week)\n, • Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2030-$2190\n, • Employment Type: Travel healthcare position\n, • On-Site Role\n\n\nEP Lab Tech Qualifications\n\n, • At least 1 year of recent cath lab or electrophysiology scrub experience required\n, • Proficient in EP/Cath Lab procedures: ablations, device implants, device extractions, and structural heart interventions\n, • EP Tech certification preferred (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist – RCES)\n, • Strong teamwork and communication skills in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment\n, • Adaptable and flexible with changing clinical tasks\n\n\nEP Lab Tech Responsibilities\n\n, • Assist with electrophysiology and cardiac cath lab procedures, including ablations, device implants/extractions, and structural heart cases\n, • Operate and maintain advanced cardiac mapping systems (Carto, Abbott, Boston Scientific, Medtronic)\n, • Collaborate with nurses, scrub techs, and patient care technicians (PCTs) to deliver optimal patient care\n, • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Meditech EMR\n, • Follow hospital policies and dress code (blue scrubs provided)\n We believe in empowering your career.
