    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, hospitality, and team leadership. This role requires overseeing daily restaurant functions, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. The General Manager will play a key role in driving the restaurant’s success through effective management of staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness, • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards, • Supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver excellent customer service and food quality, • Maintain inventory control and manage food safety standards in compliance with health regulations, • Monitor daily sales and operational metrics to meet business goals, • Ensure compliance with safety policies, sanitation standards, and licensing regulations, • Lead hiring processes including interviewing and onboarding new team members, • Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clientele, • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources for maximum profitability, • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth Skills • Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments, • Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, handling, and production processes, • Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required, • Excellent leadership skills with a background in staff training, supervision, and team management, • Ability to oversee kitchen management, food preparation, catering, banquets, and bar operations if applicable, • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence, • Competence in budgeting, inventory control, food management, and cost analysis, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle shift management efficiently, • Culinary experience or fine dining background is a plus; hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous, • Effective communication skills for interviewing, training & development, and staff supervision, • Leadership qualities that promote a positive work culture and high employee morale This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to shape the success of our restaurant while providing exceptional dining experiences.
