Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Department: Marketing Reports To: Sr. Director of Marketing THE POSITION The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will work at our corporate office in Anaheim, CA and will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing. This position requires someone who is highly motivated and interested in furthering their professional career and elevating the company to new heights. This is an entry-level office position which will require the candidate to professionally communicate with company stakeholders, including but not limited to, the corporate team, district managers, retail associates, vendors, customers, and brand ambassadors. The candidate will assist in multiple marketing activities and projects with an emphasis on experiential activations, events, promotions, coordination and execution of loyalty rewards, rebate programs, financing projects, retail marketing management and logistics. RESPONSIBILITIES • Collect and distribute mail; ship packages as needed, • Manage and direct incoming calls, • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience, • General office organization – oversee office supplies and overall office tidiness, • Utilize Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook, • Assist with HR functions such as employee onboarding and equipment management, • Run errands as needed with mileage reimbursement provided, • Perform other duties such as special assignments or assigned by management, • Perform administrative duties including data entry, scanning, filing and copying, • Maintain various logs, reports, and templates, • Inventory & distribution of supplies, materials and documents, • Support the Sales, Operations, Marketing, Accounting and HR Departments as needed, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, • Excellent problem-solving skills and client service, • Positive, can-do attitude and strong ability to work within a team, • Adaptability: Comfortable taking direction and working within a team but can also work with minimal direction to complete projects, • Organized and flexible: can prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and pivot readily as business needs shift, • Proactive about obstacles and accountable for results, • Creative and effective problem-solving, • Strong verbal and communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative design solutions, • Dependable, punctual, and professional ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS High School or equivalent (Required) Must be based in the U.S. Position is In-Office Must be available for meetings as needed between 9am - 5pm PST COMPENSATION: $20-$25 / hourly DOE We are an Equal Opportunity Employer Company DescriptionWe are a growing Tire & Automotive Service Company, Our Company is a family owned business operating since 1975.
