Job Description We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help boost our firm’s spotlight and keep us connected with clients. In this role, you will run our social media, design ads for events, update our website, and chat with our external vendors. Since we are a law firm, knowing how to keep things professional and confidential is a must. What You Will Do Day-to-Day • Run Social Media: Create and schedule posts about our lawyers, big wins, and community events., • Keep Things Private: Make sure everything posted follows legal ethics and privacy rules., • Check the Stats: Watch our page analytics to see what content works best., • Design Cool Ads: Make print and digital ads for legal conferences, events, and sponsorships., • Update the Website: Keep lawyer bios, news, and practice pages fresh and accurate., • Talk to Vendors: Be the main contact for printers, event organizers, and tech support., • Track the Details: Manage project timelines, bills, and final approvals so everything runs smoothly. What We Are Looking For • Legal Experience: At least 1 year of marketing work inside a law firm is required., • Schooling: A college degree is a nice bonus, but your skills matter most., • Tech & Design Skills: You know how to use Canva or graphic design tools and manage websites., • Great Writer: You have sharp writing and proofreading skills., • Super Organized: You can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat. The expected base salary is between $50,000 to $60,000. The range provided is the salary that our Firm believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including skills, experience and qualifications. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state pay transparency laws.
