Job Description Under direct supervision this position is responsible for maintaining a variety of machines servicing each production line. The Machine Operator must be cross functional in Food Safety to be able to perform in any area needed in the plant. This is an entry level position. Job Description Loans Customer Experience Specialist I Overview The Customer Experience Specialist I is an entry‑level customer service role supporting Consumer Direct Lending within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). This individual serves as the primary point of contact for consumers following the initial licensed discussion with a Loan Officer, guiding customers through the loan origination process. The role is a key contributor to efficient operations and exceptional customer service and may support one or multiple functions/channels within MFD.
