To support this growth, we are seeking a high-performing, strategic, and hands-on Accounting Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will oversee all accounting operations for Redefine Management, ensuring accurate financial reporting, operational excellence, and compliance across a dynamic and rapidly evolving healthcare environment. Job Title: Accounting Manager Salary/Pay Rate: $145,000-165,000/ annually Hours: 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off, sick time, health insurance (medical, dental, vision, accident, and critical illness), life insurance, 401(k) with Company match, yearly bonus Job Title Duties (not limited to): Financial Management & Reporting • Oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, A/, AR, and payroll., • Review and oversee a high volume of multiple inter-company transaction, ensuring accuracy and consistency., • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements., • Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and healthcare-specific accounting standards., • Manage cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting., • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members to support growth and excellence., • Strengthen internal controls and implement best-practice processes., • Lead annual financial audits and regulatory reviews., • Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, IRS)., • Provide financial insights for strategic planning, cost optimization, and profitability initiatives. Education & Credentials • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required., • CPA required., • CMA preferred., • Strong proficiency with GAAP and healthcare accounting standards., • Experience with accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks Online)., • Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and financial integration preferred., • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data., • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities., • High ethical standards and dedication to confidentiality and accuracy.
