Job Description This is a remote position. First Due, a leader in public safety software, is seeking a highly motivated and creative Product Marketing Coordinator to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives as we expand into new verticals and sustain growth in existing markets. Our new Product Marketing Coordinator will own the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle for designated First Due modules, managing positioning and messaging from feature release through campaign development and execution across all channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the product marketing team to help meet GTM goals, drive brand awareness, and align campaign strategies with business objectives. A major focus of this role will be developing and maintaining strong relationships with Product Managers, product experts, and power user customers of specific First Due modules. The role will also leverage both Claude and ChatGPT to create and optimize AI-driven content. Key Responsibilities Positioning & Messaging • Support persona development and craft clear problem–impact–solution messaging., • Develop and maintain value propositions and positioning for assigned products., • Assist in planning and executing product launches and GTM campaigns., • Contribute to the creation of website content, collateral, and other product marketing assets., • Collaborate on video and webinar content tied to product launches., • Conduct market and competitive research to inform product positioning and GTM strategy., • Partner with Sales to create and maintain battlecards, pitch decks, FAQs, and other enablement materials., • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, product experts, and customers to gather insights and inform strategy., • Track the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and report on impact., • Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns and content based on insights. RequirementsQualifications • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role., • Strong understanding of persona development, value propositions, and solution-focused messaging., • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts., • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams., • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment., • Experience in SaaS, public safety, or another B2B technology industry., • Exposure to competitive research or market analysis.
