You’ll work hands‑on in both the shop and the field while serving as the primary technician and customer contact on assigned jobs. • If you’re confident making decisions on the job, take pride in clean, safe work, and want overtime that actually pays, this role offers long‑term stability and professional growth.Why This Role Stands Out, • $30.00–$35.00/hour based on experience, • Overtime paid daily after 8 hours worked, • Performance‑based bonus opportunities, • Full benefits package:, • Medical, • Dental, • Vision, • 401(k) with company match, • Paid time off and paid holidays, • Consistent overtime opportunities, • Relocation assistance when applicable, • Training and advancement for long‑term career growth, • Approximately 25% travel, mostly regionalWhat You’ll Do, • Fabricate, splice, vulcanize, install, and repair conveyor belts and industrial rubber products, • Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently, • Act as the lead contact on jobs, coordinating directly with customers, • Review job scope, site conditions, and timelines with clients, • Customize conveyor solutions to meet customer specifications, • Receive, inspect, stage, and manage parts and materials, • Prepare sales orders and job materials, • Pick up and deliver tools, parts, and equipment as needed, • Travel to customer sites for service and installation (approx. 25%), • Maintain a safe, organized job site and shop environmentRequired Qualifications, • Experience as a millwright, industrial maintenance technician, or mechanical tradesperson, • Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability, • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and work in physically demanding environments, • Comfortable working independently and managing on‑site work, • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, • Ability to pass a DOT physical, • Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed, • Strong customer communication skills, • High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Skills, • Conveyor belt splicing and vulcanizing experience, • Inventory control and material handling, • Electrical troubleshooting, • Mechanical and electrical assembly, • Experience using precision measuring tools, • Strong attention to quality, safety, and efficiencyWork Environment, • Non‑climate‑controlled shop and warehouse, • Small, skilled team (3–4 technicians), • Mix of shop work and field service, • Industrial tools, machinery, and loading dock equipment, • Projects include conveyor installations, emergency repairs, splicing, vulcanizing, and industrial rubber applications Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
