Responsibilities The Medical Pod Leader will be the clinical leader responsible for the clinical performance of clinical pod team members – to include: Accurate diagnosis and documentation, quality, patient experience, affordability, patient safety, clinical team dynamics, and provider productivity. The Bankruptcy Specialist II will monitor bankruptcy accounts in assigned portfolio of loans to ensure appropriate legal action is administered to comply with client and bankruptcy rules and regulations. They will also handle special monitoring bankruptcy work queues and case specific mail/correspondence. The candidate will work alongside a team of professionals dedicated to exceeding expectations and customer satisfaction. KEY JOB DUTIES • Assist local counsel in the filing of Motion for Reliefs, Agreed Orders, Objections, and similar legal actions for Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy cases, • Maintain ownership of assigned files to ensure timely response by local counsel to meet client and internal expectations, • Contact third parties such as courts, trustees, debtor’s attorneys, or clients for payment issue clarification, and resolution, • Review court docket and case information via electronic case monitoring to promptly determine when attorney action is required and refer to local counsel as necessary, • Respond to routine inquiries from clients, attorneys, vendors, and internal departments regarding files assigned, • Review, analyze, and take appropriate action on all mail relevant to client and assigned files, • Perform other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS • Effective organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, • Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a high-volume production environment, • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels, • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years of Bankruptcy, Mortgage Servicing or Accounting experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred, • 2+ years of experience managing a case load in a production work environment preferred, • Thorough understanding of the bankruptcy process, escrow, suspense, and mortgage concepts required, escrow, suspense, and mortgage concepts preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Work is primarily performed in office setting BENEFITS: • Medical insurance plans designed to meet your needs, • Dental & Vision insurance, • Life & Disability insurance, • Flexible spending account, • Paid time off, • Nine Paid Holidays, • Employee Referral Program

You will be responsible for managing essential administrative functions, including handling sensitive medical information in compliance with HIPAA regulations, coordinating communication with our partners, and overseeing data management and appointment scheduling. Your role will require a thorough understanding of our services and treatment options to effectively support our partners and ensure the delivery of exceptional care. Key Responsibilities: * Communication Management: • Handle and prioritize email and phone communications with IPS Recovery's partners., • Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries, requests, and follow-ups., • Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, addressing their inquiries and providing timely responses to their needs., • Utilize your knowledge of our services and treatment options to offer accurate information and guidance to partners, ensuring they are well-informed and supported. Data Management: • Run and upload data reports accurately and on time., • Maintain and update databases with relevant information.
