POSITION OVERVIEW Under the direct supervision of the Site Supervisor, Program Specialists will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing specific enrichment and specialty programs within the after-school program at ASES Middle School Sites. This role focuses on providing targeted support to afterschool staff, ensuring that specialty programs (such as STEM, arts, financial literacy, leadership, etc.) run smoothly, are engaging, and are aligned with the school’s broader educational objectives. The Program Specialist will work closely with the afterschool program staff, monitor program effectiveness, and ensure that all students receive a positive and enriching experience.
