Position Overview: As our Retail Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary engine behind getting Balance of Nature products secured and coordinated across various retail channels. This is not a storefront position. You will be responsible for the "back-end" of retail success: managing distributor relationships (UNFI/KeHE), optimizing inventory flow, and designing the SOPs that allow our retail presence to scale as fast as our ambition.
