You’ll create globally consistent and locally relevant learning experiences that build capability, accelerate adoption, and support pinnacle consumer experiences. You’ll lead innovation in micro-learning, mobile-first and short-form content, AI-enabled learning, and performance support, while establishing strong governance and measurement. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.Your ImpactOwn the global retail learning vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for UGG and HOKA, aligned to business priorities and frontline needsPartner with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into learning outcomesUse learner feedback, performance data, and business insights to identify capability gaps and prioritize solutionsDesign learning across service, product, selling, operations, leadership, onboarding, and strategic transformation initiativesCreate mobile-first journeys using micro-learning, short-form video, scenario practice, peer learning, live facilitation, and performance supportDevelop reusable standards, templates, toolkits, and workflows for rapid creation of high-quality contentBuild a culture of experimentation by testing emerging learning methods, technologies, and content formatsApply AI responsibly to accelerate development, personalize learning, and improve translation and localizationManage learning technology and vendor partnerships, including LMS and content-creation toolsOwn the global content calendar, intake and prioritization process, governance standards, and content lifecycleMeasure effectiveness through participation, completion, knowledge, confidence, behavior, adoption, employee feedback, consumer outcomes, and business KPIsProvide targeted support for high-priority retail executive presentations, talking points, scripts, and updatesWho You AreBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, instructional design, retail training, or learning innovation, including work in a global or highly matrixed organizationDemonstrated success building enterprise learning strategies and translating business priorities into scalable, measurable experiences for frontline employeesExperience creating micro-learning, mobile-first content, short-form video, scenario-based learning, digital performance support, and visual presentationsExperience with AI-enabled tools, rapid-authoring, video-editing, animation, digital content platforms, and LMS or learning experience platformsRetail experience strongly preferred; experience with global localization and accessibility is a plusSkills in learning strategy, performance consulting, adult learning, instructional design, behavior change, facilitation, and blended learningStrong stakeholder influence across brands, functions, regions, cultures, and languages without direct authorityTeam leadership and talent development; strong written and spoken English; curiosity, creativity, judgment, and effectiveness in a fast-paced remote global environmentWhat We'll Give You – Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
