    Quality Appliance Repair San Francisco LLC is looking for a skilled and dedicated Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. With 7 years of experience serving the San Francisco area, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality service and honest work. This is a full-time, W-2 position with pay on a commission basis, paid every two weeks. A retirement plan is available to help you build your financial future. Responsibilities *Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances. *Provide excellent customer service and clearly communicate repair plans and costs to clients. *Work directly with customers, as we do not process insurance claims. *Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Requirements *Minimum of one year of hands-on appliance repair experience. Experience with a variety of brands and models is a plus. *Must own and maintain a professional set of tools and a car. *A clean driving record is required. *Must be able to speak English to effectively communicate with our customers. *Be authorized to work in the US.     Mercor is hiring Computer Science PhDs and exceptional Master’s graduates to help shape the next generation of frontier large language models. You’ll design, solve, and review challenging graduate-level CS problems (systems, algorithms, AI/ML, databases, security, compilers, HCI, etc.) that directly inform model capabilities and safety. This is a remote, flexible contract role (10–20 hours/week) with weekly payouts via Stripe Connect. You’ll collaborate asynchronously with a cohort of experts, creating gold-standard problems, solutions, and rubrics that test reasoning and rigor beyond rote memorization. Applicants should demonstrate excellent English, high attention to detail, and comfort working in an independent, research-driven environment. Preferred locations: U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand.
