The path to becoming a Financial Professional begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, during which you will study towards obtaining the required FINRA and resident state licenses, with the cost of fees and exam study materials from approved vendors covered by the Company. Upon successful completion of the Pre-Contract Affiliate phase, should you receive and accept an offer to commence part-time employment as a CDP Contract Associate, compensation is initially expected to be $15/hour (or your city/state’s applicable minimum wage if higher than $15/hr). After successful completion of the CDP Contract Associate phase, you may receive an offer to become a full-time Financial Professional Associate (FPA), which is paid solely on a commission and bonus basis. FPAs regularly earn average compensation ranging from $50,000 - $75,000 in commissions and bonuses in their first full year. In addition, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible FPAs may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the FPA and the FPA’s eligible dependents and may be eligible for paid leave. This role is essential to delivering a fast, professional, and solution-oriented experience to our existing customer base. You will be responsible for responding to inbound requests for quotes (RFQs), guiding customers through technical product configurations, and building long-term relationships that turn one-time buyers into loyal customers. Position Summary: The Director of Strategic Procurement at The Children's Place is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives, collaboratively developing and implementing strategies to optimize the company’s non-merchandise spend and supporting the company's ongoing profit improvement efforts. The Director leads a small Strategic Procurement team that is responsible for around $400M spend, ranging from supply chain, marketing, IT, stores, and professional services. • Provides leadership to influence and strategically source of all non-merchandise spend., • Leads strategic sourcing efforts, develops talent, leverages technology, and drives new value., • Develops pipeline of projects, builds relationships with key executives/ spend owners, leads sourcing team, and runs complex strategic sourcing projects., • Is responsible for conducting spend analysis, analyzing supply markets, identifying sourcing value levers, executing competitive RFIs/RFPs and leading supplier negotiations.
