About FirstHand™ The Science Center launched FirstHand in 2014 to provide equitable, high-quality STEM experiences to Philadelphia students in middle and high school. The Senior Director oversees administration and management of FirstHand (FH) operations and will work with staff to ensure that programs are developed and delivered in accordance with grants and the Science Center’s budget and strategic plan. Job Description Overview: Katz JCC Personal Trainers are responsible for providing personalized attention, professional fitness instruction and designing fitness programming that significantly contributes to each member’s health and fitness goals. Each trainer must possess qualifications and experience necessary to communicate and demonstrate proper technique and form to each individual client. The Personal Trainer provides exceptional services to all customers: members, guests and staff, whether by phone or in person in a professional manner at all times. All Shifts Responsibilities/ Requirements: • JCC personal trainers will provide individualized, effective, and safe training sessions to JCC members whether in person or online. These sessions will reflect the objectives, goals, and wishes of the client., • Trainers will create personalized exercise prescriptions based upon the client’s level of physical fitness and capacity for both cardiovascular and weight bearing exercises. A client’s pre-existing condition(s) and/or physical limitations will be considered when developing a training regimen., • Trainers must take a client’s health history prior to initiating personal training. A medical release must be obtained prior to training, for those clients who display high or multiple risk factors. A client’s pertinent and personal information must remain confidential. Fitness Assessments for all new clients are highly recommended as well., • Training sessions will be either 30 or 60 minutes. Session time will be determined by the client and paid for in advance with the appropriate training package., • Training sessions may be transferred to another member per Personal Trainer Coordinators approval., • Trainers are required to wear appropriate clothing. Job Description The Contractor shall provide Contract Facility Manager/Building Manager (CFM) support services to the assigned GSA Facility, Field Office or Service Center. Services include: • Inspection and management of federally owned facilities within the Field Office, including maintenance and operational inspections in accordance with applicable GSA property management principles, SOPs, and guidelines., • Inspection and management of leased locations within the Field Office in accordance with applicable GSA lease administration principles, guidelines, and SOPs., • Construction Management (CM) and Project Management (PM) services for repair and alteration projects in both leased and federally owned facilities., • Projects may range from under SAT to the prospectus project limit., • Duties include project estimating, scoping, development, design and/or design review (based on project complexity), inspections, punch list preparation, and project closeout., • The Contractor shall provide a well-trained and experienced candidate meeting the minimum qualifications outlined in this SOW., • The COR will generally be the GSA Field Office Manager or a delegated representative., • The CFM shall report directly to the COR and follow daily schedules and assignments as directed. 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1.1 Employment and Supervision 1.2 Professional Conduct • The CFM must maintain professional dress and appearance., • The CFM may serve as the primary point of contact representing GSA to tenant agencies. Skills and attributes for success:- Log the production in the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System.- Digest the cover letter (which may be several pages long) and provide a brief description of the production.- If the media received is encrypted and no password is provided, the contractor shall call the producing party to obtain the password.- Determine if the cover letter contains substantive information that would qualify it for loading into Relativity.- Virus scan the production off-network, using multiple virus protection software and other tools. - If issues are detected, the contractor shall follow protocol to either address the issue or reject the production.- Once the production is determined to be “clean” of viruses, the contractor shall copy the production to the Agency's network.- Follow specific protocol and procedures when handling various types of documents, such as whistleblower, RFPA (Request for Financial Privacy Act), documents received through MOUs (Memorandums of Understanding), International documents, BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) documents, audio files, transcripts, laptops or paper.- Analyze the productions to determine what type of processing is required of them, and which protocol to follow.- Analyze the data to ensure its completeness.- If the data is “load ready”, inspect it to ensure that all components are present. If incomplete, communicate the issue to the Litigation Support Specialist assigned to that matter.- Monitor for incoming productions arriving via email.- Monitor the Agency's FTP site for productions being delivered via FTP.- Scan and OCR small amounts of paper documents in preparation for loading into Relativity. - If a production contains multiple boxes of paper, the contractor shall coordinate having the documents scanned off-site. Qualifications:- Three years of eDiscovery technical experience in compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing information to support project task requirements.- Bachelor’s degree. Three years of additional, directly relevant work experience (over and above the minimum experience requirements for this position) may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.- Knowledge of information resources.- Excellent analytical capabilities.- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- Ability to consistently deliver the highest quality work under extreme pressure and tight deadlines.- Experience in managing multiple tasks such as those defined in the Duties & Responsibilities above must be demonstrated.- Must be a U.S. Citizen.- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. The mission of AEGIS TechRep is to provide Program Managers with on-site leadership and system engineering support to validate total ship combat system design, monitor production, accept weapon system delivery, integrate and test combat system equipment and computer programs, and evaluate operational suitability. The TechRep engineering services are predominantly in support of the AEGIS Weapon System and AEGIS Combat System designs, including combat system improvements for United States Navy DDGs and CGs, and support for Foreign Military Sales, other ship classes, and the Coast Guard. Clinicians are responsible for scheduling and maintaining his/her own appointments and communication with families / clients about appointments. Clinicians will maintain consistent weekly schedule with clients / families and will notify supervisor in advance of schedule or any schedule changes. Clinicians are responsible for all documentation including progress notes, treatment plans (OP/PHP), communication letters, discharge summaries, aftercare plans, discharge notes, and discharge letters. Clinicians will maintain consistent communication with supervisors, psychologists, and consulting and medicating psychiatrists, and other treatment team members to facilitate care coordination. SPECIFIC DUTIES: Communication • Maintain therapy appointments with consumers and their families, including following up on cancellations and no-shows., • Maintain correspondence with families who do not show for sessions or are unable to be reached via telephone through letters., • Obtain signatures from consumers and their guardians on all paperwork requiring them on specified dates as the paperwork is prepared., • Maintain consistent correspondence with supervisor regarding continuing treatment., • Notify Supervisor of any emergency situations within 30 minutes. Follow agency emergency protocol and complete incident report within 24 hours., • Attend supervision as scheduled., • Consult with psychiatrist and psychologist as directed and provide clinical updates as needed / requested., • Clinicians are expected to check mail boxes, email, and voicemail on a daily basis., • Provide child-centered, family-focused individual, group, and family therapy to assigned and scheduled caseload., • Encourage family involvement in treatment and document all attempts to include families when necessary., • Provide Group therapy for PHP program as directed., • Provide crisis intervention and action in response to acute client behavior, including oversight of CRC transportation and accompaniment if necessary for OP and PHP consumers as directed., • All paperwork is to be completed to the specifications described below and submitted in an organized fashion by 12 noon on Wednesday., • Clinicians will complete GDAP notes and encounter forms for each therapy session completed., • Complete progress note for any therapy appointments that do not occur as scheduled on a weekly basis., • When necessary complete OP treatment plans every 90 days or 10 sessions reflecting current goals and progress, • Complete a discharge summary, discharge note, aftercare plan, and follow up letter for each consumer upon discharge from the program within one week of discharge., • Document all telephone contacts with consumers, their families and outside agencies via clinical progress note., • Follow up with families who can not be reached via telephone through communication letters., • Schedule to meet with consumer guardians to complete all treatment plans., • Set up and maintain a weekly therapy schedule for his/her caseload as assigned by the Director of Outpatient & Partial., • Clinicians are responsible for keeping track of paperwork; including dates on treatment plans, progress note numbers, and treatment plan goals., • Maintain charts via clinical documentation for all assigned clients., • Attend all agencies specific trainings and additional professional trainings as assigned., • Complete chart reviews as assigned, • Complete discharge paperwork and aftercare plans as assigned., • Provide administrative and case management duties as assigned., • Maintain professional and agency ethics, follow all agency polices and procedures, and work in accordance with professional bodies., • Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with all staff and clients., • Ability to organize and communicate with a caseload independently., • Ability to deliver effective therapeutic services within the context of individual and family therapy., • Good verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to walk up and down steps., • Ability to perform De-escalation Techniques in a safe and appropriate manner., • Ability to lift 20 lbs.Trauma-Informed PrinciplesNorthern Children’s Services is committed to fostering a therapeutic environment rooted in safety, nonviolence, and resilience.
